Returns and refunds can only be accepted if damage occurs during shipping and will be in the form of a replacement for the items damaged after the items are return shipped and only after I receive the returned items.
Most orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground. Currently I only ship to the continental U.S. All items are packaged with packing matierals to ensure safe transit to you. Although sometimes damages can happen during shipping. Please contact me if damage has happened due to shipping.
Some items may have very slight dimples or nubs that occur during the manufacturing process. I assure you that these do not effect the usability of the item and in most cases, once an item is painted, it is not visible. These can be lightly sanded in most cases to eliminate there appearence.
